With a background in academia, Phil spent 10 years lecturing at a number of UK University/Colleges. He has over 15 years experience managing staff and fully understands the importance of hiring the right people for the right job. Phil's main remits is to provide the site's job seekers with an effective, valuable and worthwhile job seeking experience, both on and off-line.
